• DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEM - Damaged or defective merchandise should be reported to us within 3 business days of receipt. We will arrange for the return and/or replacement of any item that was received either defective or damaged.
• INCOMPLETE OR WRONG ITEM RECEIVED - If your order was incomplete or if you received something that you did not order, please contact us within 3 business days of receipt. We will make all the necessary arrangements to correct your order.
