Damaged or defective merchandise should be reported to us within three business days of receipt. We will arrange for the return and/or replacement of any item that was received either defective or damaged.

If your order was incomplete or if you received something that you did not order, please contact us within three business days of receipt. We will make all necessary arrangements to correct your order.
